Q: I'm unable to see the full page on my screen. A: The Swag Arts Page is best used with Microsoft Internet Explorer (7 and up), Opera, Mozilla FireFox and Google Chrome. Q: Do you have a purchase minimum? A: Yes, $25 in merchandise is the minimum to check out.
Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Unfortunately no, due to customs requirements & import regulations shipments are only available within the USA & it's territories.
Q: Can I use a Mail Forwarding Service for International Order? A: Per our Terms of Service. Goods are available only to the USA and it's territories. Buyers address as entered must be deemed as a valid address by USPS. International buyers may not utilize a mail forwarding company to aquire goods. Any order which has been sent to a forwarding service Post Box mail transfer service is subject to cancellation. Buyer agrees, in the case of an unallowed order inadvertantly being fulfilled, we are not responsible for delivery. No compensation or refund will be made for undeliverable, lost, delayed, or seized packages. We shall not be liable for or responsible in any manner for any of your dealings or interaction with third parties.
Q: Do you offer wholesale discounts for bulk buying? A: If you are interested in purchasing a large quantity, please contact me to see if a discount is available.
Q: Did you get my email? A: Email is usually answered promptly, generally within a few hours. However, in crunch times, it may be a couple of days before you get a reply. Please check your spam folder. If you find my response there, just add to your safe list.
Q: Do you have any job openings or internships available? A: Nothing is available at present. If opportunities become available, they will be posted in the newsletter and on the home page.
Q: Do you take trades? I want to upgrade my old Jack beads to yours. A: If you have used items that you would like to sell or trade, I suggest listing them in a forum like The Locker or The Jack Sparrow Costuming Page.
Q: My tracking number indicates the package was delivered, but I cannot find it. A: Carriers occasionally leave a package at a gate house, apartment manager, building receptionist, or a neighbor's house. If delivered to a business, check with the mailroom. Please check with your carrier to see if they placed it somewhere out of view. Otherwise, contact your local Post Office and seek assistance for a misdelivered package.
