Due to the time involved in removing "on hold" items from stock, loss of sales due to holds & restocking the unpaid items, Checks & Money Orders will no longer be accepted. As of 9/30/09 ALL ORDERS must be paid by PayPal.

Paypal Payments made by e-check generally take 4-5 business days to clear. Your order will be held until notification of funds posting to our bank. 

Always use the cart system to checkout.  If you are having difficulty using the cart system, your order may also be placed by email & paid through a PayPal invoice.  Credit cards are not accepted.

Please do not put your payment information in any email. Doing so may potentially reveal your information & put you at risk for identity fraud. 















Domestic shipping by Airmail, Priority Mail & Express Mail.  

In stock items generally ship with in 24-48 hours. Exceptions for weekends & US Federal Holidays. Domestic orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number.

We ship from Houston, TX.  Shipping cut off time is 4:30 PM  M thru F
General delivery varies upon your location. USPS domestic airmail 2-10 days or Priority 2-3 days. 

Selecting USPS Priority & Express shipping for your order does not increase the speed of order processing, only the delivery time.

Free Ship Items: When ordering an item that has free shipping, it does not mean all your other goods in the order ship for free.  When buying multiple items, the normal shipping & handling charges apply.  Free shipping items do not add to your shipping cost, no matter the weight.  

Lost or Misdelivered Packages: All domestic parcels are tracked with Delivery Confirmation. As a courtesy, the tracking number will be sent to you by email. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation is not insurance, it does not replace damaged, lost or undelivered parcels. If your package shows as delivered but, you have not received it, be advised that some packages are scanned at the station before ever being loaded for delivery. It may be a few hours before you have your package. If you still do not have the package, check with neighbors, apt manager, gate attendant or businesses close to you.  Additionally, you should contact your local postmaster & carrier concerning the issue. 

Both the post office and the insurance company do not consider your package lost until it has not shown up for 30 DAYS for US Customers.

Be advised, a third party insurer is used for insured mail.

Parcels are not marked "insured" on the outside as this is is an indicator for worth to those who seek to steal parcels.  Please contact Swag Arts if you insured your package.  We will be happy to file the insurance claim on day 31 for you.


Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned as unclaimed or undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we attempt to contact the purchaser.

Orders may be re-shipped only if a corrected address is provided. However, a second shipping charge will be incurred. If you no longer wish to purchase the item, a refund minus original shipping cost will be issued to you.  Errors on our part ship at our expense. 

Swag Arts is not responsible for misdirected, misdelivered or refused packages.

Please Read: Due to inconsistency & missing information in Paypal notices generated for various countries, we do not rely any shipping or special instructions that may be provided by PayPal.
Shipments are sent to the address provided on your order form. If you have special instructions concerning a paypal payment please contact us directly. 


Shipping to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Great Britian, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Contact us if your country is not listed to check availability.

Due to import restrictions concerning coins & jewelry, orders cannot be sent to Italy, Saudi Arabia & Mexico. Packages are returned, retained or destroyed by customs. Orders from listed countries will be cancelled & refund issued.

In stock items generally ship with in 48-72 hours. Exceptions for weekends & US Federal Holidays.  We ship from Houston, TX. General delivery varies upon your location. USPS International Airmail 6-14 days or Priority 6-18 days.  These times do not include the wait your parcel may incur in the customs dept of your country.

Please be advised USPS International & Canadian tracking & insurance is NOT AVAILABLE when selecting USPS AIRMAIL or PRIORITY. We provide only the Customs Number & Proof of Posting. By selecting these methods you acknowledge your parcel will be untraced, un-tracked, uninsured by USPS mailing terms.

You understand & agree that Swag Arts is not responsible for parcels that are damaged, detained, misdirected, undelivered or refused

It is highly advised that you select International Express if you desire USPS insurance.

Swag Arts only includes the cost of the item and the shipping. Customers are responsible for payment of any applicable customs duties, VATS other taxes collected at the time an order arrives at it's destination.  Please contact your local Department of Commerce or Customs Dept. for information on any duty or taxes that may be collected, prior to placing an order.


Please do not ask that merchandise values be marked below price or to declare items as "gifts" - This is prohibited by US and International government regulations.









Due to the nature of costuming goods & custom orders, all sales are final. Swag Arts will rework or replace an item, depending on the nature of the problem. Limited approved returns for other items need a RA (return authorization) otherwise returned goods will be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  A 15% restocking fee applies to RA items.

Damaged items must be reported/returned by you for correction or credit. Return shipping costs will be refunded for packing or shipment errors on our part.



If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will notify you immediately upon receipt of order. We will inform you via e-mail of product status & approximate shipping schedule. If this is not satisfactory, a refund will be issued.
