I have ( blue, green, light) colored eyes. So,where do I find affordable contacts to darken them for my Jack Sparrow costume?

Be sure you order the type best suited to your use. Disposible lenses come in daily, weekly & monthly wear.
Even if you do not need Rx lenses... check with your eye care professional. Contacts are not for everyone. You need to know how to put them in & care for them.
FOLLOW UP QUESTION-
Why I am not finding really dark brown like the movies?
Depp's eyes are a naturally dark, add to that he is wearing sun contacts in many scenes. Sun contacts are used by athletes to prevent squinting. They are intended to be worn only outdoors or very very bright light. See your Eye Doc if you feel you require them. Warning...not cheap!
