Trophy Lace- Can I wash it?

The most asked questions asked of late.
My lace has gotten sweaty. Can I wash my trophy lace,? Is it too fragile? Will the "dirt" wash away?
The yellowing & rust colorations are permanent. Your lace is colorfast & is washable! It was previously washed in a weak solution of Tide with Frebreeze to remove any dried loose pigments I used to age it.
To clean it, simply hand wash using a mild liquid soap & cold water. Rinse in cold water, also. Gently squeeze out rinse water. Lay it out flat or hang & let air dry.
